How we work
Sourcing and inquiry process
- Step 1
Send an inquiry
Email us the categories you are interested in, your business type, approximate quantities and target timing. Reference photos or existing item specifications are helpful.
- Step 2
Review requirements
We review your request and follow up with questions about materials, sizes, colors, packaging and delivery expectations so both sides understand the scope.
- Step 3
Options and quotation
Where we can support the request, we share available options and a written quotation. Pricing, minimums and lead times depend on the specific items and quantities.
- Step 4
Samples, where available
For some items, samples may be arranged before an order is confirmed. Sample availability and cost are discussed case by case.
- Step 5
Order confirmation
Final specifications, quantities, payment terms and shipping arrangements are agreed in writing before production or fulfillment begins.
Inquiry checklist
What to include in your first email
Complete information reduces back-and-forth. Partial details are fine. Send what you have and we'll ask about the rest.

- Company
- Business name, website or storefront, and the type of business
- Products
- Categories or specific item types, with reference photos if available
- Specifications
- Materials, sizes, colors and any must-have features
- Quantities
- Estimated order size, and whether this is a one-time or recurring need
- Packaging
- Retail-ready, bulk, or custom packaging requirements
- Timing & delivery
- Target delivery date and delivery location
A note on terms
Nothing on this website is an offer of sale. Pricing, minimum quantities, lead times, payment terms and shipping are set out in a written quotation for each request and become binding only when both parties confirm an order.
